This seminar examines the limitations placed upon land titles and land use by the imposition of Restrictive Covenants and the granting of Easements. Various types of Restrictions and Easements will be discussed together with their nature, impact and benefit to property and community. Specific examples of each will be dissected and reviewed along with propositions of various affirmative insurances that might be afforded for the further protection of the insured. All attendees will gain insight into the encumbrances that can befall property when it becomes subject to Restrictions and Easements.
