This seminar presents a more in-depth review of title defects that might be revealed by an accurate land survey. The precepts of Boundary Law will be examined as they relate to title insurance and the survey reading. How are boundary line disputes resolved and how does the land surveyor rectify disputed lines and corners. The standard Survey Exception will be discussed along with Affidavits of No Change and the “No Survey” Survey Endorsement. All attendees will gain a more comprehensive understanding of property boundaries and how they are established.
